1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Publisher-specific terms

As a Publisher, you grant CommitAds the right to display advertisements on your registered projects. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content where ads are displayed. Payment will be made according to the terms outlined in the Payouts section of your dashboard.

3. Advertiser-specific terms

As an Advertiser, you are responsible for the content of your advertisements. Ads must not contain illegal, offensive, or misleading content. You agree to pay for all impressions and clicks according to the rates set in your campaign.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
