For Advertisers

All funds deposited into your advertiser account are for the sole purpose of running advertising campaigns on the CommitAds platform. We do not offer refunds for deposited funds that have already been spent on ad impressions or clicks.

If you wish to close your account, you may request a refund for any unspent funds remaining in your balance. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method, where possible. A small processing fee may be deducted.

For Publishers

Payouts made to publishers for accrued earnings are final and cannot be returned. If you believe there has been an error in your payout calculation, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
